All prices quoted include VAT at 21%, no surprises there.

Free shipping 3-4 days with UPS
Express delivery 24-48 hours 7,90 EUR
Free pick-up at La Portegna Madrid (Calle Núñez de Balboa 62) or La Portegna Palma (Carrer de Sant Nicolau 1).


Zone 2: Europe:

Free shipping 5-6 days with UPS for orders over 250 EUR.
Shipping 5-6 days with UPS for orders up to 249,99 EUR = 20 EUR
Express delivery 24-48 hours with UPS 30 EUR


Zone 3: Rest of the World:
Free 7 days shipping with UPS for orders over 300 EUR
UPS 7-day shipping with UPS for orders up to 299,99 EUR = 30 EUR

Returns and exchanges

La Portegna offers you the possibility to return your purchase within 30 working days of confirmation of delivery of the product. Because we want you to be sure that what you buy is what you really need and are looking for.

* Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Footwear is not guaranteed.

Logistical costs of return or exchange will be borne by the buyer.

To process a return or exchange, you must send us the product(s) you wish to exchange/return in perfect condition together with the return form you received with your order. The delivery address you will have to put will be our shop in Madrid or London:

*It is imperative that the product, its accessories and the enclosed documentation are in perfect condition and contained in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to pack the product properly to avoid possible damage during transport.

Once the return shipment has been received, our staff will check that everything is in the same conditions in which it was sent and will proceed to refund the value of the returned products, all according to the payment method you have chosen when making your purchase (credit card, bank transfer, etc).

IN-STORE EXCHANGES
Items purchased in shop may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, before which time a voucher will be issued for a period of one year, unless the product is faulty.

It is not compulsory to create a user account to buy in our online shop.

We will ask you for the data strictly necessary to process the order.
