Returns & Refunds

If your La Portegna purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return the item within 30 days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange. 

  • Items returned must be returned in original condition. 
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • All online orders can be returned by post.
  • Please note you are responsible for the return of your items, so recorded delivery is recommended.
  • No bespoke items will be exchanged or given a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

1. Send an email to the relevant store (contact information below) stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
3. Include the invoice and return form with your order number and reason for return.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please carefully check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please e-mail us at: laportegnamarylebone@laportegna.com stating your order number and faulty item.
For faulty items that have been worn/used, please e-mail us for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of La Portegna.

EXCHANGES

To receive an exchange, please return your item via post (delivery charges are non-refundable) for a alternative size and free shipping. Please e-mail us laportegnamarylebone@laportegna.com for further assistance.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size and you will receive your refund for the original item once we have received it.
