Can I speak to anyone and also order over the phone?

You can order by phone between 10;30 am-2 pm- 5 pm- 8 pm, Monday to Friday at 00 34 91    435 38 66 . Feel free to call and talk to us ask questions, sizing etc….. Outside of  these times zone there shall be an answering machine. Please leave your message with your contact details and we´ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I speak with someone

Of course, in fact we prefer clients calling us, its always good to resolve problems by talking. Call us at 00 34 91 435 38 66 and we shall respond your doubts.

Is my data safe?

All your payment detail data is codified under a secure SSL server, we never can see or have access to you payment details such as your credit card details.

Can I get an exchange or refund if I´m not happy?

Yes of course.

If you are not happy with our product for whatever reason, or you´d like to try another size or solve a problem. Please either call us and let us know the reason for return/exhangeor drop us an e mail to laportegna@gmail.com quoting your order number.

When sending back a garment-please enclose a note with your name, address,phone number and the reason for exchange request. Without this there could be a delay dealing with your return.

We are not responsible for the goods being sent back, so we do recommend you use a signed for /insured service.

Any refunds will be processed back on your card within 2 working days.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our central office la Portegna in Spain. All our order are processed and dispatched on same day till 2 pm. Any orders dispatched after 2 pm will be sent the next working day. Be aware that orders received after 2 pm on Fridays will not be dispatched till Monday.

How long does it take to deliver?

In Spain

The products are dispatched in 2 days. Please estimate 5-7 working days to receive your products. The deliveries will be made during working hours and require a reception signature. For international deliveries it will take 5-10 working days.

 

Where is my order!?

All deliveries are sent via courier (UPS or chronoexpress) with a Tracking number. If your o

rder has not arrived please call us at 609 01 83 83. For international orders we do not control issues related with Customs or taxes from your country of origin.

How can I pay?

 All transactions will be done in euros. We accept the following cards; VISA ,Mastercard and bank transactions.

 

VAT

The VAT is included in the Product price. If your order is outside the EU,it is possible that you may receive import/customs taxes that you may have to pay upon product reception. You will have to clear those import/custom tax charges. The rules vary from country to country, for more information please ask at your local custom office.

 

Will the data and information be confidential?

All information is strictly confidential. We are registered in Spanish agency of consumer protection. Each name and address will be kept in the strictest confidentiality. Consumer information won´t be revealed or shared with anyone outside La Portegna.
